True Home Group provides business-to-business receivable mediation and payment recovery services specifically tailored to general contractors, remodelers, specialty trades, and home service providers.
2. Contractor Warranties
When submitting past-due invoices for collection, the contracting business represents and warrants that:
- All claims, balances, and invoice totals reflect genuine work completed or contracted obligations.
- The contractor has the legal right and documentation to collect on the assigned balances.
- Accurate contact information for the client has been provided in good faith.
3. Collection Practices & Standards
True Home Group conducts outreach in strict adherence with state and federal standards governing fair commercial communications. We emphasize respectful dispute resolution, payment scheduling, and protection of the contractor’s community reputation.
4. Remittance of Recovered Funds
Recovered funds are held and disbursed to the contractor in accordance with individual written service agreements. Settlement terms accepted on behalf of contractors are confirmed prior to final agreement execution.
